Orders and Payment

• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance for custom cakes
• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
• All prices are in local currency and include applicable taxes

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup/delivery
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Store credit may be offered in lieu of refunds in certain circumstances

Delivery

• Delivery is available within specified service areas
• Delivery fees vary based on location and order size
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances
• Specific delivery time slots must be selected at checkout

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in our products and guarantee their quality at the time of pickup or delivery. Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of receipt.
